I'm already a customer, but I can't log in.

Can’t log in to our site? Then try: forgotten password.

Forgot password not working?

Then click Login Convert and we’ll transfer your information from the old website to the new one.

Please contact your contact person as soon as possible or email info@neeskens.nl. Mention your order number and the desired change. We will immediately see if the change is possible or look for a solution together.

How do I place an order?

You can easily order from our website. Add your product to the cart, go to checkout and follow the steps to checkout.

In your mail you have received a track & trace. This allows you to track your order.

My product is broken, what should I do?

Fill out the repair form on our website, and we will contact you to initiate the repair process.

A repair takes an average of 2 to 6 weeks.

Do I have a warranty on my purchase?

Yes, all products come with a two-year warranty.

Yes, you can return a product within 14 days. Please fill in the return form on our website. We will then contact you for further processing.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries within the Netherlands take on average within 1-5 business days, provided the product is in stock. You will receive a track & trace link by e-mail.

Shipping costs within the Benelux are €10 per package up to €500. Outside the Benelux the costs may vary.
