Baffle Plus 5.0 mm is a sound and heat insulation material for cars. This material offers greater sound insulation than standard Baffle and can withstand temperatures up to 140 degrees Celsius. It does not absorb moisture and retains its shape, even in complex installations. The structure consists of chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam with a 0.4 mm butyl rubber adhesive. This ensures strong adhesion to various surfaces. Its high elasticity makes the material easy to apply, even on curved parts. Baffle Plus is water-resistant and suitable for mounting on doors, roofs, floors, and wheel arches. It remains firmly in place without loosening, even at high temperatures. The material is non-flammable and has a temperature range of -40 to +90 degrees Celsius, with a maximum short-term load of up to 120 degrees. For optimal installation, the surface must be clean and dry. Cleaning with neutral cleaning agents and then degreasing is recommended. After removing the protective film, the material must be pressed firmly, avoiding air bubbles. Baffle Plus is best stored at temperatures below 40 degrees Celsius, in a dry place, away from direct contact with oil or sunlight. Storage in stacks higher than two meters is not recommended.
