Lace Expert is a high-quality sound-absorbing foam with increased density and latex impregnation. The material effectively dampens sound in the frequency range from 100 to 2,000 Hz, significantly improving acoustic comfort in the vehicle. Lace Expert is highly flexible and easy to apply to complex surfaces. It adheres well and delivers excellent results without additional reinforcement. It can be compressed into tight spaces without compromising performance. This material is an improved version of Lace and offers better attenuation in low and mid-range frequencies up to 3,000 Hz. It also has a pleasant texture and an attractive color. The material has a density of 45 kg/m³ and a thickness of 19 mm. It is non-flammable and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +90 degrees Celsius. It can withstand short-term temperatures of up to 120 degrees Celsius without damage. Lace Expert is made of polyurethane foam with a liquid polymer structure. It is used for soundproofing doors, roofs, and interior panels. The ideal installation temperature is between 18 and 30 degrees Celsius. During installation, the surface must be clean, dry, and free of grease to optimize adhesion. Air bubbles under the material should be avoided for best results. Store the material in a dry place below 40 degrees Celsius. Avoid contact with oil, moisture, and direct sunlight. It should not be stacked higher than two meters to prevent damage.
