VibroMax 2.0 mm is a high-quality vibration-damping material with a multi-layer structure. It combines a butyl rubber-polymer layer with an aluminum foil, reinforced with PPE films. This makes it an effective solution against vibrations across a wide frequency and temperature range. The material is 2.0 mm thick and has a mechanical loss factor of 0.14. The outer layer consists of 40 micrometer-thick aluminum foil. With a mass of 3.22 kg per square meter, VibroMax offers a good balance between weight and damping. VibroMax functions reliably at temperatures between -40 and +90 degrees Celsius. Its adhesion to metal surfaces is greater than 3 N/cm, ensuring a strong bond. Thanks to its improved adhesive, it remains firmly in place, even on complex surfaces. The structure consists of multiple layers: a self-adhesive butyl rubber-polymer layer; a non-stick paper layer for easy installation; and an aluminum foil top layer for added strength. VibroMax is suitable for installation on areas subject to low to medium vibration loads. For proper installation, the surface must be clean, dry, and free of grease. The ideal installation temperature is between 18 and 35 degrees Celsius. For best performance, avoid air pockets during installation. Store the material in a dry place below 40 degrees Celsius. Avoid contact with oil, moisture, and direct sunlight. It should not be stacked higher than 1.2 meters to prevent damage.
